The shoes are beautiful in person, comfortable with a low-mid heel. Also want to thank their customer service team for being helpful. My shoes weren't scheduled to come in before my first dress fitting (did not realize ship time was 6-8 weeks) and they made it almost exactly on time for my appointment.
